Coaching and mentoring can provide one-to-one support for individuals and help them develop in their role. This could be in developing their practice and confidence and can be by acting as a sounding board, supporting them through challenging situations, identifying their skills strengths and areas for development or by providing an outside perspective.

We work with you to identify what your people need and how best this can be delivered, working with your learning and development teams and your internal offer.

Our coaching and mentoring offer enables us to deliver this support by experts with experience in these subjects on an ongoing and flexible basis from half a day per month.
