This may be through developing initial plans for your team to deliver, being part of your team and providing additional capacity to deliver or delivering on your behalf. Our fractional support offer enables us to deliver support for your organisation, your line managers and your employees to ensure your change is successfully embedded on an ongoing and flexible basis from 1 day per month.
We can support you in developing your change maturity, understand the change load and how this can help deliver your organisational strategy. This can include optional 6 or 12 monthly progress reviews to ensure ongoing development.
